1. About these terms

These terms apply when you engage Petrosi Group Pty Ltd (ABN 25 615 926 335) trading as AI Concierge ("we", "us", "our") for services or use our website. By using our services you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

We help Australian small businesses get online and use AI tools. Project scope, deliverables and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. Payment

Fixed price projects are invoiced as agreed. Subscriptions are billed in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.

4. Your content

You own your content. You grant us a licence to use it solely to deliver the services you have engaged us for.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service in the prior 3 months.
